Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
elefox studio LLC ("elefox studio," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida limited liability company. This page covers what elefoxstudio.com collects, which outside services see it, and how to turn the tracking off. We kept it plain on purpose.
The short version
- When you fill out a form, your answers come to our inbox and into the client portal we use to keep track of inquiries.
-
This site uses Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and Cloudflare
Web Analytics, so Google, Meta, and Cloudflare get information
about your visit. Google and Meta use it for their own purposes
too, and for Meta that includes advertising. Our private client
questionnaires (
/discovery/) load none of these. - We don't sell your information to anyone for money. We do let Google and Meta collect visit data, as described below.
- You can turn the tracking off. Here's how.
What you tell us
When you fill out a form, book a call, or email us, we get what you choose to share: your name, email, phone number, business details, and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to do the work.
Here's where a form submission goes:
- Resend, our email delivery service, sends it to our inbox, which runs on Google Workspace.
- A copy goes into our client portal, a system we built and run, where we keep track of inquiries. If our spam filter flags a submission, it stays in email until we've looked at it.
- If you fill out one of our discovery questionnaires, we may send your answers to an AI service so it can write us a short summary before we talk. While you work, the questionnaire saves a draft in your own browser so you don't lose your place. It clears the draft when you send it, or when you clear your browser's site data.
- We sometimes use AI tools to look up your business or help us draft a reply.
- If you book a call, you'll do that on Calendly's site, and Calendly's privacy notice covers what you enter there.
Please don't send health information about yourself or anyone else through our forms or by email. If you're a healthcare provider, that includes anything about your patients or clients, so describe your practice in general terms. Our forms and inbox aren't set up for health information.
Tracking on this site
Here's every outside tool this site loads as of the date at the top, what it collects, why we use it, who gets the data, and how to say no.
Google and Meta can recognize your browser on other sites that use their tools, so they can collect information about your activity here and elsewhere over time.
Our cookie notice is a heads-up, not an on/off switch. Tracking runs whether or not you click "Got it." To turn it off, use the options below.
Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager
What it collects: the pages you
view, how you found us (a search, a link, a post), your rough
location based on your IP address, your device and browser,
and how long you stay. Google Analytics also records some actions on
its own: how far you scroll, links you click that lead to
other sites, files you download, and when you start or send a
form. We also count clicks to book a call and taps on our
phone number or email. We don't send your name, your email, or
anything you type into a form to Google Analytics. It sets
cookies (their names start with _ga) so it can
tell a returning browser from a new one.
Why: to see which pages actually help people and which ones don't.
Who gets it: Google. Google Tag Manager is the tool that loads Google Analytics onto our pages. Google also uses data from sites like ours under its own terms. Here's how Google explains it.
How to opt out: install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on or use our switch. Blocking cookies in your browser also stops it from recognizing you on later visits.
Meta Pixel
What it collects: that you
visited, which pages you viewed, the page you came from, your
IP address, and details about your browser and device. It also
tells Meta which buttons you click and reads page details like
titles and descriptions. When
you send one of our forms, it also tells Meta that a lead came
in and from which page, but not what you wrote. It sets a
cookie named _fbp, plus one named _fbc
if you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram link. If you're
logged in to
Facebook or Instagram in the same browser, Meta can connect the
visit to your account. Meta has a setting called automatic advanced
matching that sends a scrambled copy of contact details you
type into a form. We keep it turned off, so the pixel doesn't
send what you type into our forms. The pixel doesn't load at
all on our CRM for therapists page (/crm-for-therapists)
or on our private client questionnaires (/discovery/).
Why: to see whether people who find us on Facebook or Instagram end up visiting the site, and so we have the option to show our ads to people who've been here.
Who gets it: Meta. Meta also uses this data under its own privacy policy, including to choose the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram.
How to opt out: change your ad preferences in Meta's Accounts Center, clear past activity or disconnect future activity on Meta's activity off Meta technologies page, block third-party cookies or use a tracker blocker, or use our switch.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
What it collects: page views, the page you came from, your browser, your country, and how fast our pages load. It doesn't set cookies.
Why: to get a simple, cookie-free count of visits and keep an eye on page speed.
Who gets it: Cloudflare (privacy policy).
How to opt out: most tracker and content blockers stop it. Our switch doesn't cover this one.
Cloudflare Turnstile
What it collects: signals from your browser and device that help tell people from bots, plus your IP address, which our server also passes to Cloudflare to check the result. It only loads on pages with a form.
Why: so our forms don't drown in spam.
Who gets it: Cloudflare.
How to opt out: it has to run for a form to go through. If you'd rather skip it, email us at hello@elefoxstudio.com instead.
Fonts and code libraries
What it collects: your IP address and basic browser details, the same as any web request. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, and the little product demos on our CRM pages load an animation library from jsDelivr, so your browser fetches those files from them.
Why: so the site looks and moves the way we designed it.
Who gets it: Google and jsDelivr.
How to opt out: a content blocker can stop these files from loading. The site still works. It just won't look quite as nice.
Hosting
Railway hosts this site and our client portal. Like any web server, it sees your IP address when you load a page. Our server logs can include your IP address and, if a form submission gets flagged as spam, the email address on it. We also hold IP addresses in memory for an hour or two to stop anyone from flooding our forms.
Our own cookies and browser storage
These stay between your browser and our site. None of them go to anyone else.
-
ef_cache_reset: a cookie that cleared out an old redirect problem. It lasts a year, and the site stops setting it after October 31, 2026. -
disc_plus a form name: a cookie that remembers you unlocked a private questionnaire. It lasts 60 days. -
elefox_cookie_ok: remembers you closed our cookie notice. -
elefox_noga: remembers you turned tracking off with our switch. - Questionnaire drafts: your answers, saved in your browser until you send them or clear your browser's site data.
Our switch: turn tracking off on this site
Use the opt-out link once and Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel stop sending visit data from that browser. Their script files still load, so Google and Meta see a basic request from your browser, like any web request. It sticks until you clear your browser's site data. Changed your mind? Turn tracking back on. It works one browser at a time, and it doesn't cover Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers can send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Right now this site doesn't change anything when it gets one, so Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load as usual. If you want them off, use the options above.
How we use your information
We use your information to reply to you, to do the work if we take on a project together, to understand how the site is doing, and to see whether our posts, and any ads we run, bring people here. We don't sell your information to anyone for money. We do let Google and Meta collect visit data through the tools above, and they use it for their own purposes too. For Meta, that includes advertising.
Who else sees it
Only the services on this page, each for its own piece of the job:
- Resend delivers form emails to us.
- Google runs our inbox (Google Workspace), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Fonts.
- Meta runs the Meta Pixel.
- Cloudflare runs Web Analytics and Turnstile.
- Railway hosts this site and our client portal.
- AI services summarize questionnaires and help us research and draft replies.
- jsDelivr serves the animation library in our product demos.
- Calendly, if you book a call there.
Resend and Railway handle your information to provide their service to us. Some AI services we use may also keep and use what we send them under their own terms. Google and Meta also use what their tools collect under their own privacy policies, linked above. We may also share information if the law requires it, and if elefox studio LLC is ever sold or merges with another business, the information we hold could go with it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails and portal records for as long as they're useful for following up and for our business records. If you ask, we'll delete them from our inbox and portal, unless we need to keep something for taxes or a contract. Copies in our providers' logs and backups clear on their own schedules. Google, Meta, Cloudflare, Railway, Resend, and our AI services keep what they collect for as long as their own policies say.
Your choices
You can ask what we have about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@elefoxstudio.com. We can delete what's on our side. For what Google and Meta collected, use their tools linked above. If the law where you live gives you more rights, tell us and we'll work with you on it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, like encrypted connections and hosting providers we trust. Nothing sent over the internet is completely secure, so we can't promise perfect security.
Children
Our site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
When we add or remove a tool, or change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top.
